Valley Run

Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026. Applies to the Valley Run app for iPhone, published by Adam Bellow.

The short version: Valley Run does not collect, store on a server, sell or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

What stays on your iPhone

Apple Music and song search

When you search for a song, your search words are sent to Apple's iTunes Search service to find matching songs, and a short preview may be downloaded from Apple so the game can hear its tempo. Playing a full song uses your own Apple Music subscription through Apple's MusicKit. Apple handles that data under Apple's Privacy Policy. The developer never receives your searches or your Apple Music details.

Shared courses

When you share a course, the link holds only the song's title and artist and the course layout. It never contains the music or anything about you. A shared link goes only where you choose to send it.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores and achievements are sent to Apple's Game Center service so they can appear on leaderboards. Apple handles that data under Apple's Privacy Policy. The developer never receives your Game Center account details. You can sign out of Game Center at any time in the Settings app.

Children

Valley Run is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Third parties

The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking code. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts; see Google's Privacy Policy.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
